Stayed 5 nights, excellent friendly staff. Spacious sites kangaroos and bird life plentiful. 300 meter walk to surf club with cafe (nice meals and coffee) same distance to walkway along river and northern breakwall. Town has all amenities and supplies. Plenty of nearby boat ramps. Check out the views from north brother mountain. An excellent place to stay.

Stayed for five nights.Peggy could not be better, friendly professional and made one very welcome. Facilities immaculate, the whole park beautifully kept. Will stay again for sure. This is how a park should be run.

I believe this to be one of the best run parks in Australia. The management do an incredible job with easy check in and the boom gates and facilities operate on the last 6 digits of your mobile, so easy to remember. The grounds are beautifully kept. The modern facilities should be the standard that every campground should aspire to. The Camp Kitchen has 4 indoor barbecues with range hoods, a flat screen TV with bar stools and tables are perfect for group drinks. The toilets and showers are modern and very clean. The older block is retro 70s style but has been refitted to the style and is really clean. From the campground there is an easy flat walk either along the river or out along the new Breakwall, plus the surf beach and clubhouse. The flat walk along the river takes you past the Cafe for a coffee or snack. There is also a Pie shop and Takeaway, plus the Bowls Club. Do yourself a favour and visit soon. The campground is located in a beautiful part of the world. For a gentle swim in perfect conditions with sandy beach and no waves, drive to Pilot Beach a 20 minute drive away.
